On Election Day, Tuesday, November 7th, the Washington Foreign Press Center will present a Midterm Elections program consisting of a series of briefings by experts in polling, the U.S. Congress and politics, and two former members of the House leadership.  The briefers will discuss the Midterm elections and their likely affect on domestic and foreign policy.

All are welcome to come by anytime.  Each speaker will brief for approximately 30 minutes or more and will then make themselves available for quick TV one-on-one interviews.

FOR BROADCASTERS
The Office of Broadcast Services will not provide TV coverage of the briefings themselves; however, broadcasters are welcome to bring their cameras to cover the briefings and our Broadcast Services producers will assist broadcasters with arranging after briefing interviews.  We will also have an ENG crew (BetaSP) available to record interviews on a limited basis.  Please review the list of briefers and if you are interested in recording a one-on-one, please contact Nancy Riley at (202) 504-6404 or Mike Kiel at (202) 504-6410
