The Washington Foreign Press Center sponsored a foreign media tour to Fort Polk, Louisiana for reporters to observe the training exercises at the Joint Readiness Training Center.

The program included briefings and a tour of command center Move to Shugart-Gordon city, site of the urban combat site and interviews with members of the opposing force holding the city.

The exercise started at sunset when units from the 101st Airborne Division
attack to take the city and lasted until the next morning., Nov 21m when the group interviewed participants in the execise.
