Pennsylvania Primary Emphasizes U.S. Democracy to Francophone Africa

The Washington FPC organized a reporting tour for eight French-speaking African countries in advance of the Pennsylvania primary.  The group visited the capital of Harrisburg for discussions with state party leaders and traveled to Philadelphia to attend rallies, speak with campaign staffs, and witness voting on election day.
