Tthe FPC led a tour for 43 foreign journalists to the Fairfax County Government Center polling site to examine the county voting process. The Fairfax County Secretary and the Chairman of the Electoral Board gave the journalists an overview of the mechanics of voting and how votes are processed. Journalists interviewed voters, including State Senator David Marsden. Tour participants came from Azerbaijan, Brazil, China, India, Russia, and numerous other countries.
