The Foreign Press Center (FPC) hosted 25 journalists from countries including Libya, Egypt, India, and Zimbabwe for a ten-day tour showcasing the first presidential debate at the University of Denver on October 3. In Denver, a second group of FPC-credentialed foreign journalists based in Washington, D.C., and New York joined the visiting journalists for meetings with political analysts, government leaders, and party activists, and attended rallies for Gov. Romney and President Obama. The highlight was access to the filing center on debate night.
