FOR ARRIVING LEADERS’ DELEGATIONS
**NEW GATE TIMES FOR THIS AFTERNOON**
Media are advised that the following delegations now have new arrival times at Hickam for today, Friday, November 11. Journalists must be at the Kuntz Gate by the following times:
1300 – 1400 Malaysia
1600 – 1700 Japan
1600 – 1700 Canada
1800 – 1900 Korea
1930 – 2030 U.S. President Obama
(Mexico has cancelled its arrival)
TO COVER THESE ARRIVAL, USE KUNTZ GATE: To access Kuntz Gate from Waikiki: take Nimitz Highway West, pass the airport and post office entrances, take a left on Elliott Street; Elliott Street turns into Kuntz Avenue and eventually the Kuntz Gate entrance. There will be Public Affairs personnel at the gate to provide directions to the parking area.
Shuttles depart the parking area ten minutes after the arrival window – i.e., at 1410, 1710, 1910 and 2040, respectively. After the shuttle bus departs, media will not be granted access to the base.
