A Senior U.S. State Department Official will brief the press ON BACKGROUND and OFF CAMERA to provide a readout of Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s bilateral meetings in Honolulu, Hawaii, Thursday, November 10 at 4:00 p.m. (HST). The briefing will take place at the Hawai’i Convention Center. Press should gather at the International Press Filing Center at 3:45 p.m to be escorted to the briefing room.
