Twenty-six journalists from 19 countries attended the FPC tour, “Scene Setter for the International Monetary Fund (IMF) - World Bank Annual Meetings: Promoting Global Economic Cooperation.”
The journalists had the opportunity to speak with IMF officials, including the media relations director, the IMF secretariat and the U.S. executive director. The group also toured the headquarters building and learned how to cover the upcoming annual meetings.
