strikeap2@state.gov The reporting tour "The Making of a Marine Officer" is the latest in a series of programs on the U.S. Marine Corps designed to explain the Corp's core values of honor, courage, and commitment and their role as the U.S. military's global 0-11 force. This particular tour focused on urban warfare training, cultural role-playing, and martial arts training. Over forty media participated from the following nineteen countries: Russia, Australia, Japan, Korea, China, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Indonesia, Mongolia, Vietnam, France, Austria, Germany, Italy, Spain, UK, Turkey, Denmark and Iceland.
