Twelve journalists from Korea, China, Germany and Norway traveled with the FPC to Albuquerque, New Mexico, to examine health issues in the Native American community.

The tour included a visit to the Acoma Pueblo, one of the oldest continuously inhabited communities in the United States. Participants also met with leadership of the Sandia Pueblo, one of New Mexico’s largest employers, toured the Sandia Resort and Casino, and held briefing sessions with local Indian Health Service leadership and political analysts.
