FPC journalists traveled to one of Netflix’s 58 distribution centers to investigate how this unique American business was thriving in the midst of the economic downturn. Corporate Communications VP Steve Swasey provided insights on the company’s founding, growth and success in reaching 10 million subscribers and counting in less than 10 years, and the impact of the current economic climate on Netflix.
