The New York Foreign Press Center, in cooperation with the Actors Theatre of Louisville, held its annual reporting tour to the Blue Grass State of Kentucky for the 33rd Annual Humana Festival of New American Plays. The Actors Theatre of Louisville's Humana Festival is a premier event where theater goers and critics from around the world converge on this Kentucky community to get the first look at the future of the American theater.
FPC journalists attended ten world premier plays; had opportunities to participate in discussions on the American theater and to have media availabilities with the playwrights. This is the tenth year that the NY Foreign Press Center has participated in the Humana Festival.
